A graduate of the University of St Thomas, with a Masters degree in Education for K-12 English as a Second Language (ESL) and Spanish. As well as a double degree for my undergrad in International Business Management and Spanish, and a minor in Justice and Peace Studies. I believe that if you love what you do you never work a day in your life and grateful that I get the opportunity to walk alongside students as an administrator, teacher, coach, and mentor daily and be a person in their lives to help them reach their greatest potential.

Elementary PYP Coordinator, Instruction and Learning Team – St. Louis Park Schools
Anne is an experienced educator with a passion for inquiry, equity, and learner agency. As the elementary PYP coordinator, she supports transdisciplinary learning and teacher growth across the school. Her teaching background spans kindergarten through grade 12, with deep experience in math and reading instruction. Anne is dedicated to helping educators design learning environments where assessment empowers students and supports continuous reflection and growth.

Jinah Schad
Academic Testing and Systems Support Specialist, Assessment, Research, and Evaluation Team – St. Louis Park Schools
Jinah brings a systems-thinking lens to assessment, blending her current role in academic testing with her classroom roots. She has served as a grade-level teacher and reading interventionist, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how data can inform instruction while honoring the whole child. Her work focuses on making assessment practices meaningful, equitable, and actionable across diverse learning contexts.
